Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is effective for 14 days after receipt of your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in its original packaging.

Requests for return of orders received and delivered after 14 days will be politely refused. We hope you understand. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

However, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, our team will be happy to exchange or refund your item. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Exchange / Refund Request Instructions

For any return / refund request, please follow these instructions carefully:

1. Take a photo of the problem.
2. Include a specific description of the problem.
3. Send an email with the subject line "Order #" your order number "request for replacement" to support.

Our support team will respond within one business day and you will be provided with return instructions.


Return of product (s) to our warehouses.

Once your return has been approved, our support team will provide you with the address of our international warehouse. In order to obtain your refund / exchange, it is imperative that you return your product to our warehouses.

The costs of the exchange or refund procedure (in particular the return shipping costs of the Product) are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be immediately processed and sent to your credit card within a few days, depending on your bank. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation request

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, if your order has already been dispatched within the allotted time, we cannot cancel your order.  We are not responsible for duplicate orders due to carelessness.
